How to Organize Your Office With Style
Is your home office falling flat in the style department?
Whether you work from home or not, chances are you have some sort of home office. Some people have an entire room dedicated for their home office, others have pocket offices, or a corner of the living room. Wherever you're set up -there is nothing pretty about paperwork and the average office supply. I believe (and I’m sure there is a study out there to back me up on this) that if you are in a space that looks great and has great organization, that you will increase your productivity.
Here are some ways you can make your office organization stylish
Step 1: Organize your office with some stylish file storage.
Whether you need a small file accordion or a full on file cabinet. Ditch the utilitarian and institutional beige file cabinet and get something with style. A file cabinet like the one below in gold will pretty much camouflage the fact that there are files inside, it can be part of any room. Or if you only need something small, a stylish desktop organizer is perfect to hold what paperwork you have. Pick a punchy colour, pattern or your favorite neutral.
Step 2: Organize your office with some great desktop accessories.
In this digital age, we have charge cords, flash drives, pens, pencils, paper clips, staples, erasers. You need a way to stash them, yet keep them handy. Ditch the plastic pencil cup from the office supply store, and get yourself some stylish desktop organization. Bring in an unexpected material like these concrete desktop accessories. I love the industrial vibe! And my obsession with hexagons continues with these burl wood storage boxes!
Step 3: Organize your office with some stylish bulletin boards
Want to keep important reminders handy, or perhaps fashion yourself a vision board. Keep notes and visuals in style with an interesting bulletin or memo board.
There you have it, small changes that can add to make your home office organized with style.
