hey hey, I'm Jody, an interior designer in Calgary looking to make your home your oasis. I approach design with a fun, low pressure attitude and really listen to my clients when they describe their ideal space. I aim to create a space for you that you instantly feel at home in and ultimately a home that welcomes you at the end of the day.
How did I end up doing this?
After I graduated from college, I moved to Calgary and started working in the kitchen and bath industry. Designing dream kitchens and bathrooms for clients with all ranges of products and budgets was fun and I learned so many tricks of the trade. After many years, I decided to branch out on my own and offer full service interior design and Marlo Creative Interiors was born.
Where does the name Marlo Creative come from?
I get this question quite often. When naming my company, I was not in love with using my name or any variation of it. What I knew is there were two beings that would always be the center of my world - my littles (who aren’t so little anymore!) So, I combined portions of their middle names and - BOOM - Marlo was the creation. So now you know.
