Design and Selection services for new home construction and renovations

Building a new home or planning a renovation and need help with making fixture and finish selections? From kitchen cabinet layouts to light fixtures, it can be an overwhelming task for most people.  I help by doing a lot of the legwork for you, keeping you on your builder's timeline, and making sure all the selections are communicated to your builder with your budget in mind. 

When it comes to a renovation, perhaps you need assistance with coming up with a plan that fits your needs. I work with you to determine the best possible layout and design for your home that fits your requirements.  Once we have the plan in place we will work through the selections.  

Colour Consultations

Have a painting project on the horizon and need to make sure you get the right color?  If you are looking for the perfect paint colours for your home or simply one room, we will work together to come up with the perfect colour palette that suits your lifestyle.

Kitchen and Bath Design

Need a new kitchen or bath?  I work with you to determine what your ideal space.  From full 3-d renderings and working drawings to cabinetry finish selections.

Furniture and Decor

Not sure what size of furniture to buy?  Or what furniture layout will work best for your room?  I will work through your design problems, specify furniture pieces and finishing accessories, provide layouts, fabric selections.   I work with trade only suppliers as well as retailers to source the best finds that are uniquely you.  

3-D Room Design

Need to see what it will look like before you commit?  I offer full colour 3-d renderings for individual rooms and full home interiors.  

Window Coverings

Need to cover up those windows?  Or perhaps you need to upgrade those nineties style vertical blinds.  As a Certified Hunter Douglas Dealer, I offer quality window coverings to my clients.  In addition to window blinds, I also provide custom drapery treatments and drapery hardware for the added finishing touch.
